Shane Horan - Head Coach

Coach Horan has over a decade of coaching experience at the high school level with 7 years at Dakota Ridge High School and three years as the high school coach at One6 Performance as a head coach for their high school teams. His teams are defined by culture, accountability, and preparation.

At One6 Performance and within the Chatfield area, he has helped players reach collegiate programs and the MLB draft. He takes pride in creating a structured, competitive environment that teach athletes how to work, lead, and compete daily—while surrounding them with a staff that models consistency, discipline, and integrity. 

Coach Horan has the connections to both technology and resources to help prepare student-athletes who are interested in playing at the next level.
